 – Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

 – Clients will be notified of the refund approval or denial along with the reasoning behind the decision.

2. Return Policy:

a. Products Purchased:

 – For any physical products purchased from Great Expert Labs, a return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

b. Conditions for Return:

 – Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

– The return package must include a detailed explanation of the reason for return.

c. Return Process:

– Once a return request is received, it will be evaluated within 7 business days.

– Approved returns will be processed, and clients will be notified of the return approval or denial.

– If a return is approved, clients will be provided with instructions for shipping the product back to Great Expert Labs.

3. Exceptions:

– Refunds are generally not applicable to customized services that have been delivered in accordance with the client’s specifications.

b. Downloadable Digital Products:
